I have done some research about robots in the airport, some airports had already apply robots in customer service. If robots can be widely used in airports, it can solve many problems. I have done some research about this aspect, some airports had already apply robots in customer service. I am thinking about that if robots can help customers reclaim baggages, it will save time and really good for ladies and who travelled with children. One aspect in our group focused on baggage reclaiming, therefore, i thought that robots might be a good idea.
